Christine Hoppe, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, Managing Director

Christine Hoppe is a Managing Director at Accurity Group, LLC, with over 28 years in public accountingand has extensive experience in financial consulting, forensic accounting, and business valuation. In addition to being a CPA. Christine holds a Master of Science in Taxation, is Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

Christine has been involved in a wide range of litigation consulting services with expertise in the quantification of economic damages and business valuation. The cases Christine has been involved with have been filed in Federal and District courts and presented at Mediation, binding Arbitrations, and JAMS, FINRA, and International Arbitrations.

Experience

Christine’s litigation matters have included breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, family law matters, post-acquisition disputes, professional malpractice, broker raiding and trade secret misappropriation, intellectual property claims, warranty claims, labor and employment disputes, business interruption claims, and personal injury claims. In connection with these services, she regularly performs fact finding and discovery assistance, lost profit calculations, disgorgement of profits, reasonable royalty rate calculations, business valuations, lost earnings and wages computations, and other financial modeling
and analyses.

Christine’s business valuation experience includes valuations for business disputes, divorce, estate, gift, and shareholder and marital agreements. The valuations have encompassed non-marketable, controlling and minority interests in corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Christine’s accounting experience includes the auditing of financial statements and preparation of corporate, individual, consolidated, and multi-state income tax returns as well as returns for estate and gift tax purposes. She has also prepared and developed financial reports, budgets, forecasts, projections, and business plans for existing businesses as well as start-up organizations.
